Return Policy

FOR ORDERS SHIPPED IN THE U.S.:

At elev8, we guarantee the quality, purity, and potency of our products through their expiration date. Returns must be made within 30 days from receipt and require preauthorization (aka, let us know what's going on!). Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of authorization. All returns will be credited upon receipt and are subject to a 15% processing fee and the cost of shipping.

  • A valid shipping address must be on file with elev8 (this would be the original shipping address where our product was delivered).

  • No credits will be given to complaints received after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • No refunds/credits will be given on soft gel products or products formulated with live organisms (e.g., fish oils and probiotics).

  • For damaged products, photo proof of the damage will be required prior to issuing refunds.

Please contact us at info@buyelev8.com with the product name, lot number, the number of bottles you wish to return, and your original order number. Return requests will be reviewed and processed.

Please note: Packages received without prior approval will not be accepted for refunds. If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all contents and email us as soon as possible.

Errors in Address:
If an address error is made when placing your order, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been submitted. We will work with our shippers to resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays, fees, or delivery problems caused by incorrect address information.

If an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. If the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds in this case will be for the cost of the merchandise only, excluding shipping fees.

Package Loss:
Although rare, international orders can occasionally get lost or delayed. Due to customs processes, international orders may take up to 30 business days to clear. An order will not be considered lost until 30 business days from the shipment date. Claims must be submitted within 60 calendar days from the purchase date.

Refunds are not available for orders shipped via International Airmail if the package is lost. If a parcel is returned to sender for reasons such as unclaimed, incomplete address, or refused delivery, a refund for the purchase price (minus shipping fees) will be issued once the parcel is returned in resalable condition.

Disclaimer:
elev8 cannot be held responsible for customs-related costs, delays, or seized products. However, most international shipments experience no issues or delays. Additional fees assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order with elev8, you agree to the policies outlined above. elev8 reserves the right to update these policies at any time and retains the right to refuse service to any customer at its sole discretion.

FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA:

Shipping Methods:
We ship to Canada using the United States Postal Service (International Priority Airmail). There is no duty charged upon delivery; however, you may be required to pay HST or GST taxes, which may be collected by your local delivery carrier. Orders are usually trackable until they leave the United States, after which tracking may no longer be available.

How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, delivery takes 8 to 14 business days, but occasionally it may take 25+ business days due to customs delays. Transit times also vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Duties:
Orders up to $2,500 CAD do not incur import duties under the Free Trade Agreement between the U.S. and Canada.

Import Restrictions:
Shipping vitamins and supplements into Canada is regulated by Health Canada. Some products may not be available for purchase if restricted by Canadian import laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring their items comply with Health Canada regulations. Refunds cannot be issued for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless returned in an undamaged and resalable condition.
