How long does shipping take?
We process most orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $7.00 will apply at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $100

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that link anytime to check the status of your shipment.

Does elev8 ship internationally?
At this time, elev8 products are only available for shipping within the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at - info@buyelev8.com -within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we can’t guarantee edits because it may already be on its way to you.

What if my package is delayed?
Sometimes carriers experience delays that are outside of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 business days of shipping, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help track it down!

How do I subscribe to a product?
On any eligible product page, simply select the "Subscribe & Save" option before adding the item to your cart. You’ll automatically receive your supplements on the schedule you choose — no need to reorder every time! Plus, you'll save 10% on every shipment!

Can I edit, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Yes! You have full control. You can log into your account at any time to change your delivery frequency, update your shipping address or payment method, skip a shipment, or cancel altogether.

How do I manage my subscription account?
Simply log into your elev8 account, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and you’ll find everything you need to update, reschedule, skip, or pause your deliveries.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality, purity, and potency of every Elev8 product. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Pre-authorization is required before sending anything back — just email us first!

How do I start a return?
To start a return, email us at info@buyelev8.com with your product name, lot number, number of bottles you wish to return, and your original order number. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

How long do I have to send back my return after it's approved?
Once your return is authorized, you must ship it back within 14 days. Packages received after 14 days may not be eligible for refund or credit.

Are there any fees for returns?
Yes, all returns are subject to a 15% processing fee and shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

What products are not eligible for return or refund?
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:
- Softgel products (like fish oils- elev8 Omega 3 & elev8 Cardio Support Pack)
- Products containing live organisms (such as probiotics- elev8 Daily Probiotic & elev8 Ultra Biotic 100)

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@buyelev8.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

What if I moved and didn’t update my shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. elev8 is not responsible for orders sent to an outdated address that wasn’t updated.

What if I accidentally signed up for a subscription?
Please review your subscription selections carefully before completing your purchase. If your subscription order has already shipped, you can still return unopened items within 7 days under our standard return policy (a 15% processing fee and original shipping costs will apply).
